Cut-off checklist
Eight built-in steps — receipts posted, ROs staged, cores separated — so the snapshot you import matches the shelf. Counting can't start until it's done.
Zones & tags
Split the store by bin range or let the app build zones from your bin prefixes. Print QR tag sheets and assign counters to each zone.
Mobile counting
Counters scan the tag, scan or type the part, and tap the quantity on a big keypad. They never see what the system expects.
Variance review
Sort by dollar impact, filter shortages and found parts, and send the big ones to a different counter for a recount.
Export & sign-off
Download a DMS-ready adjustment file, print the reports, and the GM signs off. The event locks with a full audit trail.
